As the Nation's Registrar of Enchanted Persons, Herbert Dunn is proud to have led the Enchantment Administration through an uncertain and potentially dangerous period which included not only the Battle of Throg's Gap and the Great Black Magic Storm of '97 but the re-organization of the EA in accordance with legistlation passed by Senator Leonora Bitterman.
Although the Registrar appreciates the help of certain young wizards in dealing with a number of recent crises, he would like to take this opportunity to remind them that fighting powerful Dark Lords is a task best left to older and more experienced magicians. The best way for enchanted youth to contribute to society is to stay in school, study The Government Manual for New Wizards, and not get involved in epic magical battles that will determine the fate of all mankind. Even if those battles take place just outside the gymnasium of their magical boarding school. And especially if those battles take place next Wednesday, at 8:45PM, at the exact moment your very strict House Warden will just happen to drink from a flagon containing a sleeping potion. We certainly wouldn't want your help in that one. Ahem.
